Club Development Plan
Our vision is to become the leading female football club in the Horsham district by continuing to develop sustainable player pathways, recruiting and supporting volunteers, improving coaching standards, strengthening governance and building strong relationships with local schools, community groups and partner organisations. This is our plan to deliver that.
